RETURN POLICY / INSTRUCTIONS
ALL RETURNS MUSTS BE SHIPPED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS LATER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE
If you ordered the wrong Item you may return it. Item must be undamaged, and in new, unopened condition. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Custom filters are made to order and are non-refundable. Orders are subject to a 20% restock charge. Any item that has been removed from the original package is subject to a re-packaging charge of $1.75 per item, over and above any applicable restocking fees. In a case by case basis AFF reserves the right to waive the 20% restocking fee and refund the order less the shipping paid by AFF. If a part is returned and found to have been used a refund will be issued less a 50% restocking fee. Air Filter Factory reserves the right to deny any return request, specifically any custom made filter.

Please alert us to any damage immediately so that we may put in a damage claim, and get replacement(s) to you as soon as possible. Damaged must be reported within 1 business day(s) of delivery. We may request you provide digital photos for proof of damage, and reserve the right to deny your claim if documentation cannot be provided.

Please alert us to this immediately and we will get the correct product to you as soon as possible.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY AIR FILTER FACTORY. AFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY RETURN IF THE CORRECT PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED AND RECEIVED.
